Re: girder rake and trail prior to frame manufacture
As you may have gathered, thats not an easy place to start. Do you know what frame it was supposed to fit? Start with a front tire, block the assembled front end at the height you want your neck. Measure the rake and trail, figure out what to do from there. Thats a pretty crude way to do things, bu...

Re: any one done a dohc cb 750 rear hardtail?
New to the board and couldn't resist the opportunity to respond to this one. My son and I did a DOHC last winter. My role was largely as consultant while he did most of the fabrication. I think he did a great job for being a college age kid. Not quite as easy as doing a SOHC hardtail, but still not...

Re: any one done a dohc cb 750 rear hardtail?
For me anyways, I've always felt that the dohc's looked better on a total custom frame, There's so much to remove from a stock frame to even get close to looking good it's insane to try and save much more than the neck and numbers. But hey, to each his own. Here's a pic of a good looking dohc chop....

deliberate hack usually is done with Malice. I have never heard of so much data being lost in such a manner, being a lurk, flamer or troll as previously complimented on I would have to wonder if all the protocol to the site was not maybe saved by the Hack or is it was just a matter of getting rid of...
