Man that looks good....wish I had the time to learn cad skills!

the 5/16 bolt holes for the sprocket and disc should be a max of 7/8" at the very deepest. That still gives you an eighth of an inch before you break through the wall into the cavity (which still won't be a deal breaker even if you make that mistake)

The 45 degree bevel is just for aesthetics and weight but is maybe 1/2"

The carrier bearing surfaces are identical on each end so the bore is machined to 1.627 dia x .865 deep

bolt pattern that bolts both halves together is whatever is standard on the dana 30 (can't remember that though)

lots of this stuff was just off the top of my head by looking at pics and then figuring out how to do it. Kinda like we all do with our bikes :)

Hi Customize IT....the 5/16 bolt holes that are 7/7" long are fully threaded.

The only thing ppl have to realize though is that the left side cavity I do not have the dimensions on as I simply used the dana 30 carrier to obtain them while I was turning the pc. I did not keep those dimensions. Though it would be easy to figure out if you had a carrier on hand to measure.

Nope no sketch of the axle outer pcs...i just freehanded them as I went.
