SELF INTRODUCTION: The Biker Mistress, Blonde, blue eyes, English Lady bike builder and previously a member of the CBH. I run my own custom bike and chop shop (MazChopz) on the south west coast of England. I have been building custom bikes for over 35 years and have built some 130 bikes so far. I am happy to share my knowledge and "expertise" and also hope to learn from the other forum members. I look forward to meeting up with many of my friends from the CBH and especially to seeing how Dan got on with his Knuck.

Just a quick update - as I now have sufficient space for a new welder I decided it was time to get a new Tig..... :think:

SELF INTRODUCTION: been building bikes for too many years, started in early 80's on an off since.
wide range of experiance, coach buiklding, structural construction, coded welding, specialist and general vehicle fabrication and hgv repair, Im the you see on the motorway underneath a truck with the cab tilted

nice set up maz,I have the dc only version, not a bad welder for the price
Shops looking good not long moved into mine so know what its like expanding from home lol

SELF INTRODUCTION: Hello guys and gals, working on my 1979 honda cb750 bobber chopper build plus many other projects etc. I have two workshops at home that i built so i can build bikes and all sorts of parts, and i mainly do auto body work and restoration repairs etc.

Awesome maz, nice tig welder. Now you can really get stuff done with all that space and new machinery. I also just purchased a used mig welder made by snapon, it is a YA 205 amp mig welder. I posted some pics in the tools section of what it looks like, good luck with the new workshop. :clap: :dance: :obscene-drinkingcheers:

SELF INTRODUCTION: chewie from perth western australia. i'm triking up a vw and chopping up a yamaha and repairing broken tools. jeez 200 characters is a lot. GOT A WIFE AND KIDS SPENDING ALL MY PLAY MOEY ON FOOD AND CLOTHES AND OTHER USELESS SHIT sorry bout the caps put them on for the code thing

looks aces congrats
my 2 cents. that cart is loaded up very top heavy. i'd hate to read that your new tig was walloped all over the floor and that gas bottle had shot across the room

The trolley is actually very stable and the welder "locks in" on its rubber feet but I decided to ratchet strap it down for additional safety. I tried tipping it over before I put the gas bottle on there and it does seem fine - I will be fabricating a bigger trolley when I have time...... :shhh:

SELF INTRODUCTION: Hey...I live in South Jersey (the Super Fund State) work as an Operating Engineer local825.Besides bikes I love to fish the surf.I have my current & seemingly endless project a BSA 750 Rocket3, a 72 Honda CB750,79 Kawasaki KZ1000, 48 Simplex, & a 62 Norton Atlas engine

I have the same cart.It's pretty stable.I didnt expect much for what I paid for it, but it does the job well.
Changing the shape of the Earth...1 bucket at a time...IUOE local 825 top of the food chain
