Would hazzaed a guess, they could be modified finned exhaust clamps, off a brit bike..but youknow that anyway

I used to have them on my old BSA. I see from a search that old '48 HD'S used to have them . I always think they look good in an area that looks" bare" to me. Thanks Max.
