Got the first round of the spray filler sanded. sanded with 180 grit. Next to apply the bondo filler.

Started molding the frame. Applied filler to all the welds that can be seen. Now to sand with 80 grit sand paper.

I was able to get the sanding done on the frame for the molding. And the side of the battery box that is seen.

Got everything shot back in epoxy primer to seal it and also picked up my paint today!

Bought some Fiberglass filler and used for inside mudgaurd and also by the hinge on battery box. Got the initial muddings done of the fender, battery box door, and the Petrol Tank. Also smoothed the frame where the primer showed flaws in the molding.

Was able to get the 3 pieces back in a heavy coat of primer because the hand filler really soaks it up. Need them in primer to coat with the last coat of spray filler. When they dry can sand the frame, forks, and these parts with 180 grit to prepare for spray filler.

8 hrs hand sanding this frame with 180 grit in every nook and cranny. About to shoot in primer and do it all again with 320 grit. Good thing is I can open the flake and look for motivation!

Got the frame back into primer. From here will scotch brite and 320 grit sand to prepare for the second coat of spray filler.

Finally got all the spot shooting and after about 14 hrs prep work sanding the frame and forks are ready for the final shoot of spray filler. It has been raining and humid here 80 - 90 degree heat. Has made the drying times long and also very exhausting work sanding.

Got the last coat of spray filler applied. After this is sanded whatever it is will be primed for paint. I will take it no straighter than this step.
