Thanks Guys!

I decided to coat the air box with the extra sealer since I had the cleaner and etcher. Should stick better than paint and not allow it to rust inside.

I started on the wiring.

Got all the connections labeled.

Thanks Guys!

I got the bike fluids changed.

A new electronic relay for turn signals installed. This is all you need to run leds for your turn signals. I had to switch the orange and black and yellow striped wire at the plug for the relay for it to be wired properly but, other than that plug it in and play.

All the wiring bugs out.

The screens for the airbox made.

Plates and Insurance.

The damn needles would not seat on the carbs after cleaning. Got that sorted out.

I started tuning the bike in.

The stock holes in the air box was 1in about.

One of the mods done to the stock box was to drill a second hole.

I made restrictor plates to meter the air intake to match the fuel that is metered by the stock jets. Instead of changing the jets to add more fuel because of extra air intake I will restric the air intake to match the fuel.

I can make different size hole plates until the air fuel ratio is correct and bike runs perfectly not breaking up in high revs and easily adjust for different changes in outside atmostphere by switching the plates out. Also allows me to run any configuration of exhaust I like.

Between this and the 1/2 in washer welded in the exhaust as a baffle I will be able to dial the air intake to run stock jets in the bike.

So, far these 2 restrictor plates are working perfectly.

From my night ride tonight.

Head light seems to be good enough?

Camera still cuts out a bunch of it you see it auto focus then comes up with these. I know there is settings out the digital thing but, never mess with them.
