just so you guys know he has the rear blocking .75" lower to facilitate the proper spring preload when weighted.

so i finally got back on the sporty hardtail project. The wishbone and lower rail tubes are 1.25. the back bone is 1.625. I will set the ride height to 4.5". my wife wants me to put the 250 rear tire on. I may do it. I will be doing a dominator style rear clip.

gary another idea would be on making mockups out of different materials such as wood or the poly cutting boards. greg's springer build shows really good use of mockups, taking into account using what you have for the mockup, and then making the real thing.

Why dont you do one on coping tube...those joints are tight man chop or gary i think an easy article and one of the most helpful would be on coping. you could make a multipage setup on hand and notcher coping. the mark out the rough cutting the fine tuning and the beveling. i think that jeff has a ...
