Yeh I'll shim it all up I'm just trying to find a 2nd hand die , (really hard in aus) I'll look into your design on the clamp .
Come the new year I'll just bite the bullet and buy new dies as I have a chopped up xs650 that needs a hardtail on my home built frame jig

i did think about making the 32 but after making 1 drive ratchet i decided against it lol

Allmost got it beat there are soooooo many holes to drill in this thing lol

I need to get me a good bench drill for work( I work at BOC and pretty much use the demo bays as my workshop )
So I don't have the travel to my dads place to use his shop

First time I used the lift tig on my ewm 180 picomig plus
I like it I like it a lot
Was crancked to the full 180 was a little hot

Mmmmmm $80 bucks for a air over hydraulic 8 ton ram
It makes sense as it would be portable as you don't need such a hard floor mount as manual

Well the little project will have to wait until next weekend to finish
As I need access to my dads larger gear head drill press to get these large holes drilled square
So il weld up the stand this week and next weekend some drilling , lathing of pins and a coat of paint
