the cutting disks are the way to go just be careful they snap off and fly apart real easy if ya twist the grinder at all . let the machine cut it dont force it when they fly apart they go in to ya deep so keep the guard on it

dxf axl plates
i cut out the axl plates from the dxf plans on the cd but it cut the slot just under an inch i need them at 3/4 of an inch it cut them out so nice very little cleanup i could make em the hard way but if anyone has the ability to either take the slot out or resize it i would definatly appreciate it ....

didnt have time to get pics today rushed to my friends shop so i could use his lathe to square up the ends on the rear legs and make shure i have them exactly even

Looks great Curt. I had problems with the seat post in my build and ended up cutting it out and replacing it late in the game. It was hitting the top cover. I first went and dented it to receive the tranny. I didn't like it and it hit the trash. I ended up having to put a slight bend in my seat pos...
