In standby a Kawasaki kz 440 waiting some pieces.

A question, some pages in www is off, like mechwerks. A lot of pages is off..... people not interested in fabrication, bolt on pieces won the war? what happen? Most pages can i use for ideas sell bolton pieces and not like that

A hug!

yeah, looks like most folks found out that actually building stuff is hard work, so it's hard for the guys who help builders out to make a living.

I don't know if Steve is still doing stuff or not.

Mechwerks still posts at other boards so maybe he got a job at another shop.
As to American chopper fabrication it seems to have all gone to the big shops, at least those that managed to stay open after the TV boom in bike building went downhill. The boutique places just died out and the home builders couldn't afford to buy parts anymore.
Folks are still building somewhere as we're still selling plenty of CD's so there is activity out there but mostly overseas and up north.
Age group is also changing. Our web stats used to show most visitors were 35 to 55 now it's 25 to 35. probably be 15 to 25 in a few years.
Everything goes in cycles, fads and trends so it will all turn around.
