PDF Files?

Why is it that when you try open a PDF file on the forum, you only have the option to save the file? You normally have the option to open or save. I would like to open and view the file before saving it to my hard drive.

You need a reader to see the file ...when you click on it, it does not open, you just see the options available....I have never been able to see pdf files with out saving and opening with Adobe Reader !
