Total cost of this will be around 30 bucks and depending on your scavenging skills maybe cheaper.
This is for a RSD tranny
You will need (Parts list)
1) Steel 1/4"min x 4-1/2" x 9" 1pc
1) Stainless Steel 1.5" diameter x 1" long 1pc
1) Steel 2" diameter x 1-1/2" long
1) Stainless steel 3/8" diameter x (will edit later as I seem to remember 4" but will double check)
1) clutch throw-out bearing kit 7.00 currently on Ebay
1) little oil seal (will get the part number and add it here later)
tools needed (you more than likely already have)
welder
hacksaw
2 drills and 1 tap (one drill is 5/16" the other is to drill and thread to accept whatever size oil line fitting you use)
1.5" diameter hole saw
